The Charcuterie House opened in November of 2023 in Downtown Waukesha, Wisconsin. We are a retail cheese shop with over 200 cheeses, meats, oils, crackers, snacks and gifts and a craft beer selection. We offer Special Order Charcuterie Boards of all sizes, pre-made boards to go and custom made Gift Boxes. We are your destination for all things Charcuterie. The Charcuterie House was founded by Tom and Stacy Hockel, owners of Spring City Wine House.
